Each product comes with specific cleaning instructions in the user manual. Generally, we recommend cleaning your humidifier or diffuser weekly with mild soap and water, and descaling monthly with white vinegar to prevent mineral buildup. Always unplug before cleaning.

Most of our aroma diffusers are compatible with standard essential oils. We recommend using 100% pure essential oils for the best experience and to avoid damaging the diffuser. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines for oil-to-water ratios.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most products. Items must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Please see our Refund Policy page for complete details.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on your bank.

If the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us before returning any item.
